With the participation of more than 42,000 attendees, the event showcased the main advances in the optical and ophthalmic industry from January 31 to February 2 at the Fiera Milano complex in Rho, Milan.
Consolidating its status as one of the most important and largest trade fairs in the world, the event featured 1,200 exhibitors, including Latam Optical’s suppliers, who presented their main product lines at their respective stands.
As part of this, Latam Optical’s senior management team—including Néstor Descarso, President of the company; Santiago Repetto, CEO; and Sergio Maranhao, General Manager—were welcomed by representatives from Conant, a world leader in ophthalmic lenses, as well as Coburn Technologies, Visionix, and Supore, leading companies in laboratory, optical, and ophthalmic equipment respectively.

MIDO is an active part of Latam Optical’s international tours, both for training and for staying up to date with the state of the art, with the aim of continuing to offer its clients in Latin America—optical laboratories, eye care professionals, and opticians—a broad and opportunity-rich portfolio.
